Nate Helling serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kairos University, where he has provided leadership across all core areas of the institution during a period of significant organizational transformation. With 20 years of experience in higher education, his work spans financial strategy, operations, and governance, with a focus on aligning institutional practices with mission. He collaborates closely with leaders and teams to support stewardship, sustainability, and organizational formation. His engagement in higher education also includes speaking, mentoring, consulting, and board service. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Association of Theological Schools.
