CALLD Initiative

The Collective for Adaptive Leadership and Liminal Discipleship (CALLD) convenes and develops institutional leaders who are attentive to what God is doing in this season of transition and committed to embodying faithful and generative ways forward. Cohorts bring theological reflection into conversation with institutional design and real-world experimentation. The initiative is a collaborative endeavor supported by Novare Center, ATS, In Trust Center, ABHE, and CCCU.

  • Cohort-based inquiry into adaptive leadership and institutional life.
  • Theological reflection alongside the design and implementation of experiments in participants’ own contexts.
  • Sustained collaboration to generate, test, and refine approaches to leadership, learning, and organizational life.

For those who seek faithful renewal in the institutions they serve.
